40F, raining, with occasional icy pieces in it. Objective: recovery run. Legs are a little sore. I can't remember when was the last time I wore my "normal" trainers, before today. The less I wear them, the more they feel like blocks of wood. I think I may be better off retiring them altogether. My feet have come to love the flexibility and lightness of my various racing shoes.
