Walking today with 250 lunges. This knee thing is weird. It is uncomfortable when I first start walking but quickly loosens up and feels better. Even just sitting on the couch or anything else, the first few steps feel weird, but quickly goes away. I will probably try one of those knee band things next time I run to see how it feels. 4 Miles of walking also at 9 pm with Paula. We cruise when we walk, it is fun. My knee felt great all day. I wore my orthotics to work which I havent done in years.
