Easy 4, no watch (yes, it's true). Tomorrow Danielle and I run the Tyler Half, just for fun. I'm still going to make it a solid effort, and hopefully get a few MP and tempo miles. It's a hilly course so definitely good for a workout.

Sounds like a good plan! It is fun to go out slow and then cruise past people the last 10k. Good luck to both of you!

Good luck tomorrow! I heard it's pretty hilly. Oh - my friend, Greg, who is also on the Pftiz plan is running the full marathon at Tyler. If you hang around to see those guys come in, you can't miss Greg... he'll be wearing a tank top that says "Greg" on it! LOL
