PM:  73F.  4 @ 8:21 AP.  Looks like the cool afternoons just got replaced by warm afternoons...for the next 7 months.  I almost went shirtless but there were lots of families out today in the park (Spring Break here) and I didn't want to scare the children.  You've gotta think of the children.  Best to wait until the dark cover of my early morning runs.

Well at least you're thinking of the children.. If you don't run shirtless in the daylight, though, you'll always have a scary white torso.

Good point Matt. When will I break the cycle?!

I run shirtless infrequently, due to RFGSI (Residual Fat Guy Self Image), but also, you gotta think of the children. How can we keep this sport going, if the initial contact children have with it is an image of a sweaty, pale, shirtless dude blowing snot rockets? Shirtless training will only bring race enrollments down.

Thank you.

See I wasn't even thinking of the macro-level impacts. One shirtless run could have a severe ripple effect. So much to think about...
