28F.  Mostly easy with a 4-mile tempo block thrown in on the way home - 6:37, 6:27, 6:34, 6:19.

Average was 6:29 for the tempo, and 7:27 for the 15 mile total.

Have to mention this, on the way out I made my first-ever pit stop in a nice ditch (it was still good and dark).  Pretty efficient and tidy, I was pleased.

Sometimes I just read too far in a blog...I should just stop at the good part...that's all I have to say :-(

From Rye on Wed, Nov 30, 2011 at 15:53:23 from 75.174.19.85

Joe seriously, your first.....with all the ibuprofen you take that should shake things up for you! Heck of a nice run!

I think you call it "Stop - Drop - and" ...well You get the idea :-)

WOW..nice run! Seriously...change your name! You are so dang fast!

Good thing it was still dark! I am always running when it is light and I don't ever get that luxury! ha!

IJR - sorry, this seems to be happening a lot lately. From now on, I will make the disturbing text a different color (brown) so you will know not to read any further.

Rye - Yeah I don't get it, I've been eating Whoppers every day.

S8 - I don't even think daylight would've stopped me this time. It was going to happen either way.

Wow ... takin it home with some smokin fast miles! Nice job ... guess you were feeling a little lighter on your feet!

From derhammer on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 11:58:57 from 192.156.110.33

Wow - sweet tempo at the end of an 11 mile run? Look out Houston.

From flatlander on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 13:23:22 from 64.129.54.210

Good job and nice tempo miles, those are hard to do after running that long.

From I Just Run on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 15:24:43 from 67.79.11.242

I agree with Flat's comments but I would add that they are "impossible" for me after running that long!

From SlowJoe on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 15:31:57 from 132.3.53.68

Thanks JG/DH/flat/IJR - it felt pretty tough, glad to be done w/ it. For whatever reason it doesn't seem to matter much when the tempos are done for me. In fact it would probably be harder with only 2 or 3 miles warmup.

From I Just Run on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 15:35:28 from 67.79.11.242

Between yourunning tempos' like this and Flat hammering out 20 milers every day I'm starting to feel really old and slow. I think I need to get off this blog :-(

From derhammer on Thu, Dec 01, 2011 at 15:48:03 from 192.156.110.33

Yeah, IJR, I agree. SJ is making my progressive runs look like child's play and Flat makes my mileage look weak. Maybe we should start our own blog. ;-)

Good gravy man!! I hope you buried it!
