80F, SW 9-17 mph.  8:54 AP.  My schedule has moved around a bit - I'm taking Saturdays off to give Danielle the full morning for a long run.  Now my running week starts on Sunday (which makes it match up with the blog week) and the long run is the first run in my 6-day block.  Anyway, I expect some easy Mondays now!

Ahhh...but even Monday won't be "easy" in the heat. Glad the see you run at my pace every once in a while :-)

How funny we both mentioned the blog starting on Sundays within an hour of each other, I had not read your report yet! I considered starting my weeks Sundays, problem is when you look at the weekly graph, it puts your Sunday run in last week, where it belongs. I keep a brief handwritten journal too, which starts on Monday, so I look at that to track my total mileage during the week, & then that is what is reflected in the weekly graph chart.

IJR - you're right, "easy" was probably a poor choice of words!

JG - funny -- yeah I track the weekly totals separately too, to make sure I'm not doing anything stupid. Since I run 6 days a week, I just use whatever encompasses the 6-day block. But I agree with you that a Monday thru Sunday week makes more sense.

Nice runs yesterday and today. I like to do my long runs on Sunday.

Nice Monday run. That is my kind of recovery pace. No need to strain in the heat. I longingly await fall temps, but won't be holding my breath...

Dale - Seems like the roads are really quiet on Sunday.

April - yeah I think it'll be awhile...I see more 9:00 pace in our futures
