144 is what I've used in the past, so I am ~5 lbs on the husky side, but lately I've been wondering if 150 is a "stronger" weight. I've had some really good workouts over the past couple years @ 150. Anyway, I'm not going to do anything about it either way, so que sera sera.

Hey Joe, how tall are you? 150 does not mean much without height. I am 6' exactly. So when I am 150 I am very light. My PR was when I was 143, but I was pretty gaunt and no way I can maintain that level.

I'm a Sagittarius, ISTJ Meyer-Briggs type, enneagram type 3, waist size varies between 30-31" based on whether I've just hit a Chinese buffet or not, compulsive personality workaholic, size 9.5 shoes, can't grow a full beard like a real man, worlds worst singer and/or dancer, have an overactive thyroid, bad cholesterol numbers, have holes in all my socks, moderate ADD, and I lose my phone and/or keys a lot.

I haven't seen 144lbs since I was in the 7th grade. I'm surprised that I can even remember that factoid.
