Start weather: 65F, 93% humidity, wind S 17-25 mph.  End weather: 71F, 70% humidity, winds S 25-30 mph.  I never knew it could be hot, humid and windy all at the same time.  Obviously not a fun running day, so I took it easy and just put miles on legs.

8:06 AP.  Out and back, averaged 8:24 going out, 7:48 coming back due to the wind differential.  I like to get the headwind out of the way first!

You should move to San Marcos...that's our typical weather. Looks like a GREAT run for the condition...maybe a great run in any conditions! I'm still trying to sike myself up for the OK race...

Your weather is the same as ours, don't care what they say in the cold climates, this is not good running weather.

Nice run Joe! That is an awesome pace in those horrible conditions. I, for one, find heat, strong wind, and humidity to be the epitomy of miserable running conditions! Way to get out there and get it done!

IJR - that wind is normal for us, but we're not supposed to be that hot yet! Your training is looking good for OKC.

Flat - I gotta complain less though...I would've killed for this weather at many points last year.

Thanks April - once I decided I would just relax and not try anything speedy, it ended up being almost enjoyable.
