68F, SSE 15 mph.  7:40 AP which included a few pickups.

I did not feel fast today, just haven't regained that spring in my step from last week.  All in all, I just don't have a great feeling about this marathon like I have for the past 3.  The plan will still be to go out at sub-3 pace until I can't hold it anymore.  Possible bonk, but I have nothing to lose with this one so might as well try.

I think the race day enthusiasm will bring the spring back into your step.

How do you think 60's weather will affect your running and time?

I feel like a bum...I haven't run but once this week!

Sounds like taper madness. You'll do just fine. You're primed w/ some great training in the bank. Concentrate on getting as much sleep as possible tonight because you know you won't get any tomorrow night.

Sleep & Hydration, you will rock it like a rocket!

The mind and body can play lots of tricks on you before a race. Try not to read too much into it.

Get that "possible bonk" out of your head!! You're going to run great!

It is just nerves! You are so fast....can't wait to see what you will do! Good luck!

Good luck with the race! Get a lot of hydration (maybe some gatorade in case you lost electrolytes earlier this week)and good food tomorrow morning, and your legs will be well fueled and ready to go on Sunday!

And, since none of us have any doubts about your running abilities, we'll just have to hope for good weather!

Joe, I believe in you, and this is why tapers suck...BUT trust in your training, you got this.
