Popped an extra mile onto my run today, and have football (soccer!) tonight so a busy day.

37:32 for 5 so 7:30 miles with no problem.

I officially have my first marathon training blister on my left middle toe.

Please send congratulations :)

Your'e lucky this is your first blister, congrats. I seem to get most of my blisters after I cut my toenails. I'm not sure why but that is usually when they occur. Did you cut yours recently or did your sock just bunch up a little? Keep up the good training!

Oh yeah, let us know when you get your first black toenail or lose your first toenail and then you'll have even more in commen with the die hard marathoners!

just wearing crappy socks with my gym shoes - not my proper runners...my own fault...
