marathon - 3:58:49 - yay! cracked 4 hours (13/04/08). :) half marathon - 1:46 (new pb 13_03_08). and 10miles: 1:21:29 and dropping...

Short-Term Running Goals:

Need to think of a new goal now that the 4hr marathon is under my belt. And don't nobody say 3:45 or 3:30 :)

Last significant run before the big day. Out in the evening sunshine. Still feeling the after effects of a busy weekend (food, beer (not in excess!)) but not too bad. Second half better than the first really. About 1hr 50.

Most concerned at this point with not picking up any aches and pains, and just getting round while maintaining fitness. Only 12 days to GO!!!
