Spin class for 45 minutes today.  Good workout with hills & sprints.  I'm going to assign it 4.5 cross training miles.

Look at me go! Yes...I'm "tooting" my own horn -LOL.  I've gotten up early 2 days in a row to workout.  That's great for me these days.  Today I went to the gym, planning on doing Pump class.  Saw my running chics in the parking lot and decided to run with them.  Didn't take a garmin, I'm going to guess 3.5 mi.  We kept a good pace and never stopped for 35 minutes. Could've been closer to 4 miles, who knows?  Then I finished up the pump class, got in some abs & arms.  Now, if I can just stay away from the delicious viking cookies I made last night!

Spin class. Never have been to Cynthia's class before- she got me sweating FAST and my shoulders are sore from all those "jumps" and "turns". Gotta remember that class on Fridays and go again!

Back to my old ways- PREBLOGGIN'! Couldn't meet the gals this morning at 6 due to an early soccer game.  Need to get in AT LEAST 5 mi. day, 7 would be ideal.  I plan on going out around 3 today. (hope its not too hot)
