Blessed to be LDS. Married to world's greatest guy for over 16 yrs w/ 2 amazing kids. Busy being a mom to 2 active teens (a very equestrian minded daughter & a soccer obsessed son). Mental Health Counselor by training. Loving Life at the Beach. Running to eat & fit in my jeans.

Back to my old ways- PREBLOGGIN'! Couldn't meet the gals this morning at 6 due to an early soccer game. Need to get in AT LEAST 5 mi. day, 7 would be ideal. I plan on going out around 3 today. (hope its not too hot)

Sole Sista, your right on the 4 tens - not good for working out, tough to get them in. Also, tough to cram major training into both friday and saturday. Have a great training week.
