Today I was the one standing up my running partner. I woke up and just felt yucky & tired due to my cold even though I went to bed fairly early (10:30- that's pretty decent for me) My cold doesn't seem to be getting any worse, but it just keeps moving around. Now its in my throat w/ an annoying cough. I thought if I could just pull myself out of bed and start running I'd be OK, but I didn't have the will power. I told myself I'd get out there this afternoon- but who was I kidding. If I don't run in the early am, it hardly ever happens later in the day. I hope I feel good enough to run w/ the club tomorrow. I'm going to try to get in bed before 10. |
