New route w/ Heather today.  I was actually trying to add a little onto our 5 mile Little Valley Loop, but then realized we'd added on a lot and were going to have a time problem (both had to get back to get kids ready to school) SO then I cut it a different direction and it ended up being 5 after all.  Fun to run a different route anyway.  Lots of mild incline too to keep us working hard.  Heather's company got me through this run, my body was NOT cooperating- sluggish! Neither of us took watches.  I drove the course when we got back.  From my best guess we ran about 10:30-10:40 pace.  I know Heather could've gone faster today, but not sure I could have!

I totally think you have the BQ in you. I too would like to get to a point where I run 5-6 miles/day. I think my body can handle it now, but I need the willpower to get out of bed and do it!

I like your plan! I guess we could both start off with that and then see where it goes? There's plenty of time to work up. I don't know that I have a BQ in me but just a finish in 4 hrs would be a thrill for me! So for now it's five in the mornings and one at night (when I don't work) with Callzee and then in a bit I'll increase.

As for the weekend I'm hoping to do as little as possible and get over this cold. I'm using it as an excuse to be down right lazy! I haven't run yet today because a nap was higher on the priority list and so I'll have to get out tonight assuming that I feel a little better. So if I run tonight it will probabley nix a longer run in the morning....So we'll see from there. I haven't been home on a Friday night in a month so I'm pretty excitted to just hang out. How about you?
