Great run today. Good energy despite the ice cream I had late last night! This was the occasional kind of run that reminds me why I love this crazy form of exercise. Ran 4.5 miles w/ Heather- up Foremaster, then a loop and down- repeated that 5x. For those of you not familiar w/ Foremaster, its a pretty steep little hill. The section I did was .25 up, so my total of steep uphills was 1.25 (2.5 mi total hill running) the rest was flat. |
