Great long run w/ H on the SG trails this morning. Feeling good about the 1/2 marathon next week. My vacation did set me back a little in miles last week. My goal for this week is to get in 3 runs and at least 1 gym strength train class. Then after the 1/2 I want to up the miles to 20-25 a week and break it up into more frequent runs w/ a long weekend run.. Would like to be running 5 days a week. |
