Got my 6 miles in by the skin of my teeth!  Had to go to the gym so I'd be forced to get on the treadmill, no distractions.  I was feeling extremely lazy today and it was too hard to step out the door and run.  Luckily the runner's high kicked in a couple miles into it and lasted the rest of the day! It was hard however to run on a tummy full of chocolate! I think it will be easier to stay away from the leftover stocking candy if I can just remember how my stomach felt during the run- yuck! Let's just say I couldn't go too fast for fear of seeing the chocolate again! Ended up w/ a 9:50 average pace.  Can't seem to break that 9:50 barrier lately.  Probably need to add some strides to my workouts.  Heather, Buff & I have a 8 miler planned for the morning- so I gotta get my Zzz's! Love the new sleep entry, hope it will make me think twice about staying up all hours of the night watching mindless TV or playing on the internet! (Tomorrow will be my first chance to really play w/ the new garmin- fun!)

Great job getting it done - it is not always easy. Have fun with the Garmin!

Good job doing 6 on the treadmill that is like doing about 10 on the road (or more!!) Hope you have a good run tomorrow, and enjoy the new garmin!

Well, I was actually thinking of doing the half....just as a training run, no pushing the time thing or anything like that just putting in the miles... want to join me? I'm not sure if Mik'L is planning on doing that still but at one time I thought that was the plan, and then Lybi is running but she may be going for the gold? I'm not sure there either! The more the merrier... or so they say!
