Good run w/ Heather -left from her house and over to Industrial area & back. I was feeling slow, but good. Happy to find I wasn't even sore from Saturday's long run. Getting pumped for a 5K this month, then the 1/2 next month! Really been enjoying this blog. I started it in early March and have seen that being accountable for my workouts has really helped me to work out more often. My goal for this week is 20 miles inc. a hill workout and in addition- 2 strength training classes at the gym... |
