Decided to do some "cross training" today. Took a big ol' walk on the trails. It felt really good to stretch my legs. Kept my pace up so I was breathing hard. Think I averaged about 13/14 min. miles if I had to guess. Judging from the mile markers on the trail I think I went about 3.5. I feel kinda like a slacker that I didn't run- but wow, it was really enjoyable- late afternoon, cool enough for a hoodie, but not too cold. Tomorrow I'll log in 6 running miles before I sleep. That's right, its written, now I have to do it! |
