Heather & I ran from her house to foremaster and back. At foremaster ran up it and flat loop on top then back down- 2x.  Total mileage 4.6.  Brought my IPOD today for the uphills, really helped.  Would have liked to get in 1 more uphill loop (1 mi) but ran out of time.  Perfect combination on hard workout w/ IPOD and nice conversation on the flat & downhill.  Tomorrow planning on 6.2 loop.  Haven't quite decided what I'll do Friday.  Saturday- Save a Sister 5K. Much happier with my mileage this week compared to last.  Haven't quite made my 6 mi. a day, but pretty close and hoping to close out the week around 30.

Warmed up in long. slv. tech shirt over t-shirt, ended up running in t-shirt & pants.  Perfect for today's 50 degrees.

Good job today! Are you planning to do some sort of warm up on Saturday? If so, I'd like to find you. I'd like to do just a little slow warmup to get the legs moving. I think you guys start just before us or something and I'm guessing will go the same route, only shorter? So we'll probably pass by each other. Fun! I think you can definitely hit in the 25's at least.

Good luck on the 5k this weekend! What are your goals for the race?
