Didn't clock the run today, but I figure it was at least 5, but not 6. Good run w/ Heather. First run in a week. Felt low on energy, but I think that's because I forgot to eat breakfast. Overall good run around Washington area w. Heather. Feeling pretty good about my activity level this week- intense hike, weight class, spin class and long run. Next week I'm going to: Mon. Run 5, Tues. Run 5, Wed. Run hills or track, Thurs. Weight Class, Fri. Spin Class, Sat. Run Long (7-ish)
