Ran the hills with Alana today - not sure if we are crazy, but this type of training is making us stronger! Last two miles was struggling with right knee/possibly i-t band? not sure, but I slowed my pace to a 9:50 for the last two miles - overall average pace today was a 9:25 - feel pretty good about that. I will stretch, roll and epsome salt bath tonight - take tomorrow off. Ready for a full week of being back to work!
