Went out @ 4:30 in the afternoon - WIND blowing and 80 degrees. Ran the following splits - 8:29, 8:49 straight into the wind, stopped for water around the river and stretched then 8:14 for mile 3. Stopped, drank and gathered myself up to run from boat docks all the way up Grandview and around into my neighborhood. Felt amazing to push it! That last mile was 8:15 pace. Overall, feel good and have my eyes set on starting to train with the Handson's training method. I would like to shoot for a marathon - Top of Utah.
