I wanted to push hard for the first two miles and finished in just over 14 minutes in the pouring rain. I decided to take it easy for the last two, so I could cool off and finished in about 20 minutes, so my total time was 34:00.
Took a day off to rest my legs. I went to the gym and lifted and I was so tired. Did upper body and core and I was feeling very weak. I had to workout at home last week and missed the gym and I could feel the difference.
Played soccer for 90 minutes and I was running the whole time. I'm not sure of the exact distance, but I would say at least 3 miles. It was a great workout and I was really tired afterward.
Did 4 miles in 36:15. I wanted to keep going, but my partner that was supposed to join me after 4 bailed. It was a great night though with perfect conditions.
