I wanted to push hard for the first two miles and finished in just over 14 minutes in the pouring rain. I decided to take it easy for the last two, so I could cool off and finished in about 20 minutes, so my total time was 34:00.

Took a day off to rest my legs. I went to the gym and lifted and I was so tired. Did upper body and core and I was feeling very weak. I had to workout at home last week and missed the gym and I could feel the difference.

Played soccer for 90 minutes and I was running the whole time. I'm not sure of the exact distance, but I would say at least 3 miles. It was a great workout and I was really tired afterward.

Did 4 miles in 36:15. I wanted to keep going, but my partner that was supposed to join me after 4 bailed. It was a great night though with perfect conditions.

4 mile run tonight in 36:50. I wasn't feeling it at all and had to pump some Green Day into my iPod on the last mile to get me going.

Did several short hikes in Zion National Park, including the Emerald Pools loop (2.7). It was a great day in an amazing place.
