I wanted to push hard for the first two miles and finished in just over 14 minutes in the pouring rain. I decided to take it easy for the last two, so I could cool off and finished in about 20 minutes, so my total time was 34:00.

Running in the rain is really good, as long as your feet don't get too wet.
