| | Lifted at the gym for 40 minutes (chest, lats, core) and then I had a nice run on the track for about 25 minutes. Did 3 miles, but went too fast because I didn't want this guy to pass me :-) He passed me three times and I didn't want him to do it again. |

| | Played soccer for two hours with my friends and had an excellent workout. I'm not exactly sure how many miles I ran, but I know it was at least two at a very fast pace. |

| | Had a nice 3 mile run/hike to the top of Red Butte Peak above the University of Utah. The weather was perfect, although it did start to drizzle near the summit. My partner almost stepped on a rattlesnake on the way down. This is a fun and adventurous hike with 1,500 feet of elevation gain. |

Went out for a run last night with the intention of doing 5-6 miles, but the weather was perfect and after 6 I was feeling great, so I kept going. Did 11 miles which I think is the longest I have ever run. My time was 1:45, but I wasn’t trying to go fast at all. I am excited though because I felt like I could have kept going for 3-4 more miles. It was a perfect night. |

| | Did 30 minutes on the elliptical while watching The Deadliest Catch. My right knee is a bit sore from the long run on Thursday, but overall I felt really good. |

Weight day. I only got 30 minutes at the gym because I was busy hanging ceiling fans and my sis-in-law went into labor, so we had to go pick up her kids. Busy day. Did upper body and worked hard for 30 minutes. Cardio rest day. |
