40 min on the elliptical right before bed.
Cardio day off. Worked out in the gym for 45 minutes. worked upper body. Felt really good.
Did 40 minutes on the elliptical while watching 'Deadliest Catch' after a looong day at work. Felt really good.
30 minutes on the elliptical while watching The Office.
40 min on the elliptical (20 resistance) while watching NBA playoffs. Felt really good.
Did 3 miles and 3,000 vertical feet climbing to the top of Tanners Gulch in Little Cottonwood Canyon. It was beautiful up there. We were on snow most of the way.
Did 30 minutes on the elliptical before bed
