I just wasn't feeling it at all, but I made myself go to the gym anyway. I ran laps on the track instead of the TM tonight. 6 miles with an average pace of 9:20.

Kelli and Teena- I felt much better today. Thanks. I opted to play church ball tonight and had a great workout, and it was entertaining :)
Smooth- We are moving the climb to next Friday because avalanche conditions are really bad right now and it is just too risky. Hopefully we will make it happen next week. Now I need to find something else to do on Sat.
