Weights at the gym for an hour (upper body/core).
This was the first time in at least a month that I was able to do my complete workout because of my back. I have been trying to make things work with lighter weights and altering a lot of my routine, but tonight I was able to do everything without any issues. Skull-crushers!!!
I brought my girls with me to the gym because they wanted to run on the track while I worked out. It was really fun having them there. They ran for about 45 minutes and after they asked me if they could come with me every time. Sweet! |
