View Benchmark solo: If you haven't already noticed I love this run via Ann's trail in Draper and it is the perfect training run for me. I felt really strong today and it was nice to have some steam back in my legs after my finish the day before. I pushed the pace all the way to the top, only hiking on the steepest hill for about 30 seconds. To the summit in 45 min and I only stayed for a few seconds because I was in a hurry. I pushed it hard all the way back to the car and finished in 1:15 total time.
