Spinning with the ladies. I really worked hard today and about 50 minutes in after 4-5 sprints I felt like I was going to puke. I stuck it out to the finish, but I didn't enjoy it. Sweaty!

ahhh, gotta love a good sweaty spin! :)
Just as a side note since I noticed your hamstring was bothering you...my two cents? IF you spin don't stand or 'hover' on the bike. It uses a lot more hamstring (especially if you have bike shoes) than running does. At least it has seemed to bother mine more than running bothers it.

I've noticed on several blogs that a spin workout is always followed by a reference to sweat. Nice work.

Been on a spin bike plenty of times, but I obviously need to try out a class to get that sweat goin... Added bonus that ladies are involved!

They should have Bikram Spin - 105 degrees and humid so people can properly train for the Boston Marathon.
