City Creek Canyon to the communication towers with Craig, MattW and Tara:

We met at the Capitol building at 5:45 and there was a very cold wind that we had to run into for the first mile. When we reached the canyon it was ok until we crested the ridge. I really love this route. We ran the entire way uphill and I really enjoyed it. Great friends and a really fun run.

What are you talking about Burt?

Scott- I loved that route!

I love how you make every run sound relaxed and beautiful and fun. Ambassador for trail and ultra running, you are. I'm being serious.

Do you have any certain goals for Buffalo?

From Scott Wesemann on Thu, Mar 20, 2014 at 10:06:22 from 66.232.64.4

Burt!

Tara- Let's do it again soon.

Neasts- Thank you! I think the same of you. Yes, I want to take some serious time off of my 100 mile PR. 22 hours or less.
