5 TM miles while watching basketball. I started out at a nice and easy 9:00 and then did the next 2 at 8:30. Mile 4 at 7:30 and then kicked it up to 6:40 pace for the last mile. I felt really good.

It has been too cold out for me to want to get out and climb anything, but Friday looks alright, so Jun, Matt and I will probably hit Mt. Wire.

WoWZEr! Look at you getting all speedy on us! Kinda of fun to let her rip and see what ya got every now and then...with all the trail running and elevation you have been getting, it will be fun to see just how strong you are in something short. What are your '11 race plans?

Karen- I put in for the Wasatch 100 and I'll find out if I get in tomorrow (fingers crossed). I have a lot of fun adventure runs planned to get ready for it. If I don't get in I'll do another 100 for sure. Other than that I will do at least one road marathon (St George or Top of Utah) and then a few local trail races. I still might do the Buffalo run in March. Oh, I also want to get out to Colorado and hit some 14ers. :)

Julie- I have gone out in the cold a lot this year, but I am just sick of it. Today wasn't too bad.

Oreo- I hope so.
