Well, I had worked out 33 out of the last 34 days, so I figured I would give my body a rest and I took yesterday off, and my legs feel a lot better today. I knew I would be lifting today, so that would give me two days to help my legs recover. My hamstrings were a bit sore from Sat.
I lifted for 45 min at the gym tonight, working my upper body and core. Everything feels really good. |
