Ave Twin Peaks with Jun, MVH and Je10:

Another early start on the Ave Twins. It was cold, but not as bad as last time. The trail conditions were once again almost perfect with packed snow and very little ice. Once above the inversion it warmed up and I really enjoyed the run. Great views and laughs on the summt and a sweet run back down. It was another fun run and the perfect way to start my day. I also had a nice ice beard at the finish.

gdoc- Check out this link from our Garmin data. We usually start at the Capitol and run to the trailhead at City Creek, but you can also start in the Avenues neighborhood at a few locations. (See the map)

From the Capitol- 10 miles

From City Creek TH- 8 miles

From the neighborhood- 6ish miles
