Well, I had worked out 33 out of the last 34 days, so I figured I would give my body a rest and I took yesterday off, and my legs feel a lot better today. I knew I would be lifting today, so that would give me two days to help my legs recover. My hamstrings were a bit sore from Sat.

I lifted for 45 min at the gym tonight, working my upper body and core. Everything feels really good.

You are a BEAST!!! I, too, had to take a rest day on Monday (forces of nature prevailed...) Recover well!

That's quite a streak Scott, nice work!

Karen- Not so sure about that. My workouts are generally not as intense as some of you guys, so going every day isn't too hard. It looks like you guys got our cold weather. Worst!

Thanks Bryce.

UGH! Negative 14 this morning. had to get on the dreadmill yesterday...SO, summitting daily in the morning frost is a GREAT workout. When you get as much elevation gains as you do, you put us "roadies" to shame!
