Ran from downtown- first 1 1/2 miles was a warmup up@ 7:15 pace, easy downhill running then I started working on .15 to .25 miles at a 6:30sh with a 1 minute walk break and carried that to my home. Averaged 6:58 pace for the run- I had a headwind all the way and that really affected my running.....hammy felt good today even pushing the pace a bit, hopefully a good sign that it is getting better.
