AM: Went into town and started running from my wife's work. Out to River Road past The Summit/ StoneCliff and around the bluff to River Road again to Desert Hills High to home. Felt pretty good about the run overall 7:51 pace. Hit my 3rd mile running down River Road at 6:39 pace. Calves are a bit tired, I am sure they are feeling the 75 mile week last week. Probably should have done a shorter run this morning but I may not be able to get out again today so and the weather was perfect so I did what I did. Goal for this week is 50-55 miles- Lose another 3-4 pounds even with the reduced mileage. I am now at 145, down from 163 a month ago. Hoping to stabilize at 142sh for the next 2 weeks then with my last week of minimal miles and carbing would like to be at a race weight of 145.
