Out this warm morning to get the legs going again after the race. Very slow pace, legs heavy and tired. Ran to the Dixie Center and back. Then biked over to River Road on the path and then to Bloomington Hills path back to home. Ran into Logan and chatted for a bit. Good to see him out with the XC guys. Road 11 miles on the bike. I am really liking the bike component to my training. The recovery time is minimal and I don't really feel the pain from running. Trying to average 14-15 miles per hour...nothing fast or hard just keep a good pace. |
