No run today. I worked indoors on some cross training to loosen things up without putting too much pressure our weight on the calf. My left calf is really sore. I decided that I better take a few days off and get it feeling better. This morning there is no way that I could run....this afternoon it is feeling somewhat better. I have got to get this thing feeling better. I was feeling really good about the half marathon on the 17th. Based on my training I know that I have a PR coming in this run if the calf will heal up. |
