I slept in yesterday and it felt good! Then a very busy day so no chance of getting out. This morning I went out for and easy 4 in Bloomington. I stepped up the pace at time trying to hold low 6's for 1/2 mile..did alright, not great. I ended up with an average pace of 8:06.

Road the bike for 8.75 miles pushing it hard the last 2.5 miles trying to maintain 18 mph plus.

Nice Scott! Sound like your recovering well after Bryce. If your really itchy to run a marathon, you can still get in Des News. Everyone says it's a complete beast though. I am yet to hear anyone speak nicely of it, has me a tad worried.

Mike, I haven't counted it out yet. Going to see how my work load is. After being dead for the past year plus I am busy and will be gone to Hawaii for 10 days starting Monday am.....If things come together by noon Thursday I may just slip up for a long run, not race.

Let me know, we could hang out at the start.
