Couldn't go out for a run early so I went for a good long bike ride. I started out at 12:30 and went for 2:03. (30.15 miles at 14.5mph.)

Thanks Clyde. I rode past your house. I went out to Sun River, the new highway to River Road, up to the street in front of yours through Jedora, past Staheli's, then through the industrial park to the trail head in washington. Then down the path past Dixie Center to home.
