Had to drop my car off to get fixed at the Honda dealership. Ran home. My legs are very sore. I failed to take care of them after my run on saturday......learned the lesson. I hurt almost as bad as I did after the marathon and I only ran a half marathon distance.

Yeah! Kam Highway is pretty much the only place to run here! Except for the mountains and the beach once in a while :). So do you come out to visit your cousin in Hawaii then? Its pretty, but I miss running in St. George too! Thanks for the comment :D

I try to get out there a couple of times a year. My daughter was at BYU-H for the summer last year.

I hope to get out there in the spring agian. Good luck to you with your running.
