Ran with Steve, Clyde, Logan, Bill & James this morning. We ran the West Rim trail into Zion's Park. WOW! What a beautiful morning and beautiful run. Took a tumble just above Angel's Landing and buggered up my elbow...no blood just hurts like heck!

Body feels great after the run, arm not so good, but it is good to be alive!

Hope your not too banged up from that fall. Ice it up and take some IB's.

Clyde, Not too bad. The Wintercrest helped a lot. Still swollen but I can move it pretty good with little pain. The test will be in the morning. Thanks again, that was a great run. I know I am slower than you all but I enjoyed it just the same. I did take quite a few pics along the way and that did slow me down some. I will do that run again sometime. The body feels great, I almost have talked myself into running later this evening because Ifeel so good.

Good run today Scott. Try to not use your elbows so much when you run though. Thats not their function.
