Ran from The Ledges 12 miles. First 5 miles were the ones that I was focused on today. I warmed up with about a 8:45 first mile then continued to the Stake Center. I ran that segment at 7:10-15 pace. I was focusing on minimal effort steady pace. Certainly I could have run this portion faster but I wanted to get the body used to conserving energy. No Garmin again today just went by total time. From that point it was just out to enjoy the beautiful morning.
Added some cross training bike miles after the run. It felt good on the upper legs to do some biking. I put on 10.12 miles counted 3.00 |
