NO RUNNING THIS WEEK. I decided to take some time off and rest the body. When I run it is telling me to back off...so I am. I am going to be in Virginia most of the week anyway so this is a good time to take the break. If I can wake up Saturday morning, won't get back in town till around 1am, I will go uot for an easy run.
