7:30 am - Today was my 10 up/10 down run with Sasha. I wasn't certain how this would go with having a much less than stellar nutrition and sleep week but I was going to give it what I had. We covered the first 10 in 1:17:48. The initial plan going down was to hit 1 hour even but it wasn't quite in the cards today. The splits went a follow - 5:50, 5;41, 6:15, 6:16, 6:12, 6:12, 6:21, 6:32, 6:45 and 6:58. The last three miles leading to Sasha's are killer (especially the last) and I was definitely gasses. I finished in 1:02:53 with a hard last 100. I ended up feeling this workout for several days after. It wasn't quite what I wanted but given the parameters it wasn't half bad.
