5:15 am - 10 miles with the Rachel and George.  It was chilly but we completely miss the snow storm that followed.

5:15 am - 8 miles along Shaggy Mountain with Rachel and George.  Absolutely beautiful.

8:00 am - 6.5 miles from the car repair shop to work.  I was tired but not a bad run overall.

7:00 - 12 mile run commute run to work.  I was a minute faster than what I was a few weeks ago.  The weather was fantastic.  It is starting to warm up.  

One a side note I am proud and happy to announce that I have actually gained 5 to 6 pounds.   The scale is showing 125-126 as opposed to 120-121.  I hope this translates to more fuel stores for the marathon.
