5:15 am - 10 mile loop from my house with the Newtons.

6:30 am - 12 mile commute run to work in an effort to get miles in on Wednesday and save some wear and tear on the vehicle.

5:15 pm - 2 miles from the office to the Trax station and 2.5 miles from the Trax station to home.

6:30 am - 15.5 miles with George - We ran the Riverton Half course and a truncated version of the 5k course.  I was windy in Riverton Half fashion but made for a nice run.
